service.
The Sound Sign is based on a circuit board that stores sound or speech on an integrated circuit. For versatility, on this circuit board is a microcontroller. For clarity and volume, on the circuit board is an audio amplifier.
A Sound Sign can have up to four inputs, and up to nine different messages or sounds,
standard message length up to 1 minute. Speaker should be 8 ohm. The adjuster switch
on the circuit board is for message length. The adjuster pot is for audio volume.
Standard operating voltage is 12Vdc.
Input to trigger a message or sound can be any type of sensor or switch, including a push
button switch.
